1. The verification email hasn't arrived in my inbox. What should I do?
Please wait a few moments and check again. Try also checking your spam, junk or promotions folder. If the reset email is still not there, then please try verifying again and make sure your email is correctly typed out.
 
Please note: if using Gmail, it is possible that the verification email has gone to the 'Promotions' folder.
2. I forgot my password and I haven't received a reset notification by email. What should I do?
Wait a few moments and check your email again.  If the reset email is still not there, then request again and make sure your email is correctly typed out. 
3. I'm having trouble logging in. What should I do?
If you've forgotten your password, then try resetting the password and logging in again. Make sure "Caps Lock" is off when typing the password. You might also try refreshing the page or switching browsers.
4. A link isn't working. What should I do?

5. How much does IELTS Learner Pathways cost?

The IELTS Learner Pathways is completely free, while bundle recommendations offer both paid and free products and services.  Sites on the ILP also show whether services are "Paid", "Paid/Free" or "Free" on the service and product information card.  Click through using the site links in your bundled recommendations to find out more about payment details.

6. I don’t know what IELTS band I need. How can I find out?

This useful search tool shows minimum and maximum band scores for every organisation that recognises IELTS scores (e.g. accepts IELTS scores for admission). 

7. Can I check my IELTS band score level without downloading an app?

Yes! The page on this British Council site gives a clear definition of English proficiency for each IELTS band.  

8. I keep having to redo the quiz. Why?

This may be because you are clicking the "Start (the quiz) again" button rather than choosing to view your previous recommendations. 

9. How do I find out more about each product or service?

Click through to the product/service site on your IELTS Learner Pathways bundle recommendation page and this will take you directly to each site for further information.
